The 3PL warehouse management system Ysell.pro allows you to connect several warehouses to one account and manage workflows in parallel.
Also available are the following settings:
- marking one warehouse as the default warehouse;
- definition of marketplaces and shopping baskets for which stock can be accounted for in a warehouse;
- restriction on storing different product IDs in the one warehouse location.

Storage system

With Ysell.pro warehouse management software, 3PL is able to record the location of goods in the warehouse by marking the correct shelf or pallet in the system.
1) Add information about the available storage places in the warehouse - manually, via import or let the system create them automatically.
2) Use the created system when receiving and placing goods in the warehouse.
The feature allows you to generate and print barcodes with the addresses of the storage places.

Recognition of storage place types

3PL WMS Ysell.pro can identify a storage place as a shelf or a pallet and take this into account when calculating storage costs.
Add storage to the services and specify the cost for each type. Ysell.pro also allows you to separately account for storage on half a pallet.

Ysell.pro system can calculate for 3PL storage cost per client based on total cubic content or occupied storage space.
When adding goods to the warehouse, specify the box dimensions so that the system can calculate the total volume, the client's goods take up.

Adding, moving and removing stock

To initiate an inventory action, the client creates a task in the system where they enter all the information. The customer also specifies the service they want to receive - adding, moving or removing inventory. The specified service will be recorded and taken into account when creating the client's invoice.

Automatically stock update

Inventory change history is available for each item. The system records the quantity of the item before and after the change, the type of change (addition or removal), the reason (receipt of item, FBA shippment, order fulfilment) and the date.
The 3PL will have access to the information at any time if the client has any questions.
